During the consultation, we take a deep dive into your lifestyle, medical history, and current metrics—including weight, body fat, muscle mass, metabolic age, and more. Together, we define your goals and help you select the best program tailored to you.

Assessments

We perform comprehensive assessments to understand your body inside and out:

  • Posture & Movement: Static and dynamic analysis to identify dysfunctions (you can't build strength on imbalances)
  • Cardiovascular Health: Heart rate and endurance
  • Strength & Flexibility: Current capacities and limitations
  • Performance Metrics: Athleticism, mobility, and functional movement

Based on your goals and assessment results, we craft a fully individualized program that maximizes results while addressing imbalances, improving performance, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Transformation

With your program in place, our team guides you every step of the way, providing accountability, education, and adjustments to ensure you transform safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Reassess

Each month, we reassess your progress to ensure your program is delivering results. This includes:

  • Body measurements: weight, body fat, and muscle mass
  • Posture and movement analysis
  • Progress photos
  • Heart rate and performance metrics

This step helps us identify what's working, what needs adjustment, and keep you consistently moving toward your goals.
